What will I do in this Role?

Customer Sales will be the face of the company providing growth through the business and making new relationships with clients while helping maintaining existing relationships with long standing clients.

Some of the specific job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Cold calling and lead new growth opportunities for the business
  • Understand different companies needs and priorities as it pertains to what we provide by gathering data from leads and use given metrics to qualify opportunities.
  • Conduct calls or meetings to discuss contract logistics sales executives.
  • Be discreet and intelligent while negotiating rates and services over the phone.
  • Be able to use CRM systems to organize and track activity and be able to complete weekly reports.
  • Aggressively hit sales targets.
  • Support with customer on-boarding for new accounts; relationship transition from Business Development Team to Operations Team.

Qualifications:

  • 3PL Client Sales experience required
  • Strong communication skills in a business environment
  • Ability to maintain and grow business with a new or existing client
  • Ability to adapt at a fast-paced rate with a rapidly growing company
  • Ability to work with Account Managers in driving a great overall customer experience
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google, and other systems
  • Ability to respond to 50+ emails and or calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
